NOTARY PUBLIC FEES (NRS 240.100)
- Acknowledgments – $15 for first signature of each signer, $7.50 for each additional signature per signer
- Jurats/Affidavits – $15 each signature
- Verbal Oath/Affirmation – $7.50 each
- Certify Copy – $7.50 per document
- Travel Fees – $15/hr (6 am-7 pm); $30/hr (7 pm to 6 am);
- Non-negotiable 2 hour minimum, then pro rata applies: between the hours of 6 am – 7 pm $30 min/ between the hours of 7 pm – 6 am $60 min
